Our Commitment

We want you to feel confident subscribing to Construction Radar. This page explains exactly how cancellations and refunds work so there are no surprises.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no hoops, no phone calls. Simply go to Account Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal and cancel from there.

When you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current paid period. You will retain full access to all Construction Radar features until the last day of the period you have already paid for.

No Prorated Refunds for Partial Periods

We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. Whether you cancel on day one or day 29 of a monthly subscription, the charge for that period stands and access continues until the period ends.

This applies equally to monthly and annual plans.

Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for genuine extenuating circumstances (for example, accidental duplicate charges or a significant, unresolved technical failure on our part that prevented you from using the Service). If you believe you are entitled to a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 14 days of the charge in question.

How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The date and amount of the charge in question.
  • A brief description of the circumstances.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within two business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is pending and to contest the chargeback with supporting evidence.
